Participation in the summit is possible only after registration
An application for participation can be sent to the Organizing Committee. It can be filled on the website in PARTICIPANTS section or by phone +7 495 916 5878. Applications for participation are considered by the Organizing Committee not later than in 5 work days after the application is received. In case the application is confirmed, an invitation is sent to the applicant by e-mail, fax, phone or regular mail.
Cost of participation depends on the date of payment. The date of payment is the date when the sum is paid.
The cost of participation if paid before January 30, 2009, is 499 euro, if paid from February 1 to March 2 is 599 euro. The cost does not include VAT. The payment is to be proceeded in rubles in accordance with the currency exchange rate of the Russian Central Bank on the day of payment.
For all categories of participants accommodation, individual transfer and other additional services are paid separately.

The participant agrees for publication of his/her name, post and company in the short list of participants on the official site of the summit.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to turn down applications.
